UV1 Line:
LTG – Four Color press with margin UV Cure trail coater
37 x 43 – Micro Color ink fountain controls, epic dampening system, equipped for scroll sheets, Vision Experts VE4000+ Inspection System.
UV2 Line:
Hoe – Single Color with flame impingement
35 x 44 – Equipped for scroll sheets, Micro Color ink fountain controls, Epic dampening system, Equipped with flame impingement system
UV3 Line:

UV4 Line:

Fingerprinting: Yes, performed as required
Ink: We use AKZO-Nobel Eurocure UV inks. We have on site ink mixing and color matching and utilize XRITE Spectophotometer and Densitometer for color accuracy.
